The Social Media 201 Workshop assists participants in understanding the landscape of social media tools at their disposal and make key decisions regarding tools. Participants will gain understanding of:

  • The depth of channels available;
  • The audiences of selected social channels;
  • How to reduce the labour involved in social media management.
